11月11日是International Swimming League(ISL)季後賽開始進行，本次季後賽也進行改變，將進行8場季後賽，將以例行賽前八名進入季後賽，並取季後賽積分最高四隊在12/3進行最後總冠軍賽，ISL總冠軍賽的獎金也非常豐厚，相關賽程介紹請參閱下面整理。
2021年賽季經過8月與9月11場的例行賽後，其例行賽名次如下

4 Toronto Titans
5 LA Current
6 Aqua Centurion
7 DC Trident
8 Iron
9 NY Breakers
10 Tokyo Frog Kings
ISL取前八隊進行季後賽，並根據季後賽成績取前四名進行冠軍賽，12月3日與12月4日將在荷蘭的愛因荷芬(Eindhoven)舉行冠軍決賽。
本次ISL季後賽將從11月11日舉行到11月28日，各場次與對戰隊伍如下表，井字號後的數字是例行賽名次
